Shipping Policy
UK Delivery
All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.
Orders placed before 12:00pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders placed after 12:00pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Royal Mail Tracked 24 is a delivery aim and is not a guaranteed next-day service.
International Delivery Times
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as holidays, customs delays, and weather conditions. We offer multiple shipping options, and delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose.

- Canada: 8-15 business days
- Australia: 6-10 business days
