Limited Lifetime Guarantee

LRP International Ltd provides a Limited Lifetime Guarantee on selected JAMO products. Eligible products are clearly identified on the relevant product page.

This guarantee applies for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. It is non-transferable and applies to eligible products purchased directly from JAMO UK or an authorised JAMO UK sales channel.

What Is Covered

Under normal and intended use, this guarantee covers:

  • Defects in materials
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Weld failure or cracking caused by defective workmanship, only where the welding was originally carried out by JAMO or LRP International Ltd.
  • Rust perforation caused by a material or manufacturing defect
  • Structural failure caused by a verified manufacturing defect

What Is Not Covered

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Accidental, impact or collision damage
  • Damage caused by incorrect or unsuitable installation
  • Misuse, neglect or use outside the product’s intended application
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Surface corrosion, discolouration or deterioration caused by road salt, chemicals, extreme heat or environmental exposure
  • Damage caused by cutting, welding, modification, repainting or recoating after purchase
  • For products supplied unwelded, weld failure, cracking, contamination, oxidation, distortion or other damage caused during fabrication or installation. This includes damage caused by inadequate shielding or back purging, excessive heat, incorrect alignment, unsuitable filler material, incompatible welding processes or work carried out by the purchaser or a third-party installer.
  • Damage to surrounding parts or vehicles
  • Labour, removal, installation or other consequential costs
  • Products without valid proof of purchase

Modification of a product will not automatically invalidate an unrelated claim, but damage caused by or connected to that modification is not covered.

How to Make a Claim

Please email info@lrpclub.com and provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Clear photographs of the complete product
  • Close-up photographs of the reported defect
  • A description of how the product was installed and used
  • Any other information reasonably requested to assess the claim

We may require the product to be returned for inspection before approving a claim. Please do not return a product until instructed to do so.

Warranty Remedy

Once a claim has been inspected and approved, LRP International Ltd may, at its discretion:

  • Replace the affected component
  • Replace the product with the same or an equivalent product
  • Offer a proportional credit towards a replacement, depending on the product’s age, condition and availability

The guarantee does not provide an automatic right to a cash refund.
