Return Policy

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped.

We also offer order adjustment services if your order has not yet been shipped. If you wish to make any changes to your order, please email us at Info@lrpclub.com before the item has been dispatched.

Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order, including if you have changed your mind.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled and in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please contact info@lrpclub.com before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

For non-faulty returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect due to our error, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will offer an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund, and cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 working days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to credit the funds to your account.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
